Cozy capsules, cool vibes!
The Swiss Capsule was surprisingly spacious and comfortable, awesome for a peaceful night's sleep despite sharing a dorm with others. The common area had a cozy atmosphere.
The check-in process could be stressful for those not tech-savvy, as you need access to your email for access codes. The shared kitchen was under-equipped, missing some basics.

Check-in was a bit chaotic, mainly because I went to the wrong location first. Staff helped a lot, but I still struggled with the confusing instructions. Once I got to the right place, the iPad check-in was blocked. Thankfully, another guest shared the access code, which saved me from panicking. I really liked how clean my capsule felt, and the bed was super comfortable, a definite plus after a long day. Charging ports were plentiful, which I appreciated. The shared bathrooms left much to be desired, they didn't seem to be cleaned regularly and were quite cramped. I was uncomfortable at the top bunk due to the darkness and lack of personal choice. The area felt secure with multiple access points, but it seemed excessive at times.

It is a quiet property located in Old Town district adjacent to supermarkets, TO THE OLD BRIDGE & TRAIN STATION and ecc close by. Very clean bed, cosy room that has a really good bathroom. The employees are really helpful and amicable. The hotel has a very central location in the city centre. 300 metres are distance to the restaurant. A lovely bar does the trick. Thank you very much for pleasant time here...

The Swiss Capsule offered a unique experience with a cozy atmosphere. Check-in was challenging due to the reliance on technology.

The Swiss Capsule offered a unique experience with comfy sleeping arrangements and cool design features, made it surprisingly spacious. Charging ports were plentiful, allowing me to power up my devices easily.
Insufficient insulation in the capsules made it tough to ignore noisy guests coming in at midnight and waking up at 7 am, despite signs requesting quiet. The absence of proper seating inside the capsule turned prolonged stays into a test of endurance, and temperature control inside the unit would have been a welcome addition. The shared shower and toilet setup left a lot to be desired. I'd prefer individual stalls for better privacy and cleanliness.

The stay was unique since I was exploring the nearby attractions like the Lion Monument and the Modern Art Museum. I really enjoyed how clean and central the place was. Though the capsules were quite snug, the experience itself was pretty fascinating, adding a bit of novelty to my trip.

great charging ports, unique bathroom design, free local transportation access
The absence of a reception desk feels cheap!!! Those capsules get unbearably warm at night!!! Plus, the shower-toilet sink combo leaves too much water pooling on the bench!!!

Just a solid choice for a fleeting trip in Lucerne with excellent value for money. The location is near the scenic lake, making it easy to explore the area. Bring a power bank. There are plenty of outlets in the capsules.

Had a blast staying with friends! The capsules were great, loved the cool design and how everything was well-organized. It's just a short walk to the lake and the famous Chapel Bridge. I'd definitely recommend bringing a power bank as there are plenty of outlets to charge your devices.
One thing to note is the check-in process. They require your phone number for codes, and if you don't have WhatsApp, it can be tricky. I had to borrow my friend's SIM card to get access.

Unique Sleeping Experience with a Great Location
The capsules are comfortable and clean, and I appreciated the automated check-in process, which worked well once I got past the initial confusion with the door codes. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the city center. That said, a better solution for managing noise from fellow guests would really enhance the experience-an on-site staff member might help with that.
